Equipment Storage, Maintenance & Inventory Management
We manage your IT assets so you don't have to!
All IT equipment from desktop printers/monitors to peripheral cables can be stored in our warehouses.
Equipment that comes to our warehouse will be inventoried and stored securely, ready to be recalled to action when required.
When equipment is due to leave our warehouse it will be cleaned, ready for re-deployment within your organisation.

Equipment Delivery & Collection
Have your requested equipment safely transported from our warehouse to your HQ and collect equipment from your HQ to be returned to storage when it is no longer required.
Equipment collections and deliveries need to be booked a few days in advance but we are always happy to accommodate where possible.
Delivery fees vary dependingon equipment requested and delivery location

Equipment Disposal
Management of your CAPEX and other end of life equipment.
CAPEX equipment will be collected on pre-agreed dates and taken to our storage facility to be processed for disposal.
We will work with professional document destruction companies to safely dispose of any EOL physical storage devices.
Disposal reports will be produced for all disposed equipment.

PC Re-imaging
We offer PC Imaging services for machines that need to be deployed within your business.
PC re-imaging can be arranged onsiteat your HQ with advanced notice, removing the need to send machines offsite to be prepared.

Accessory Procurement
We can procure IT Accessories on request – with some stock items being available for same day delivery!
